Pinnacles NAtional Park - Outdoor education exploration
A unique and wonderful educational adventure, WOLF’s Outdoor Education Pinnacles National Park trip places students in the hidden gem of Central California. It is the newest National Park in the United States, dedicated in 2013, and has been dedicated to species recovery and wilderness preservation. The WOLF Pinnacles Outdoor Education Adventure offers students a fascinating and diverse look at this relatively unexplored landscape, including two cave systems, staircase trails, a deep-water lake, and spectacular volcanic formations.
Students follow the Bear Gulch trail to the iconic reservoir and a thrilling grotto journey through Balconies Cave. One highlight students will find throughout their Pinnacles adventure trip is the majestic California Condors. One of California’s most iconic and critically endangered species can be seen soaring right above their campsites.
As with all WOLF camping adventures, WOLF provides all supplies, tents, and equipment, and prepares exceptional food to make the home base comfortable and fun! This trip offers an excellent option to include rock climbing and rappelling.
