Thank you for your interest in working with us. WOLF is a non-profit educational corporation deeply committed to program excellence. We are operating and developing several different programs. Instructors and Naturalists are our most valuable resource. That's why we pay above the industry average. Depending on your experience and the type of program, pay ranges between $85 and $150 per day. WOLF works and contracts with a variety of organizations and people who are experts in specific fields. Our staff create and bring different components together while teaching and sharing their own expertise and experiences.

Some specific staff responsibilities include cooking outdoors for 30 people, leading night hikes, site preparation, cleaning gear, storytelling, taking advantage of teachable moments, teaching life-long skills and, of course, making magic happen. You may be asked to tell bedtime stories, lead pre-dawn nature walks, lead songs, or hug a tree. WOLF sponsors at-risk youth programs each year. These include gang intervention, abused children, violent offenders, and group homes. These programs are usually very fun and rewarding.
